No pre-booking is required to have fun at The Big Box. Visit us anytime during operation hours and buy tickets in-store. You can also purchase Gift Cards online now!
Sign Online Waiver
Everyone participating in our activities at The Big Box must sign a waiver online. Waivers only need to be filled out once a year and are saved to your name and email address. Guardian must sign the waiver for 18 years & under.

Decide what activities your kids would love and choose from our exclusive combos which combine all the activities in The Big Box for a great price! We also offer a pay-for-what-you-play model so you can pick and choose options on your budget.

The Big Box offers 55,000 square feet of Entertainment Extravaganza including soft-play, inflatable, VR, Bumper Cars, Arcade, and Aerial Obstacle course. Once you are ready, you can purchase passes online on in-store. Let the Fun Begin!

The Big Box facility offers over 100 designated parking stalls i.e. 36 stalls on main parking lot (Available every day) and over 150 parking stalls on the private parking lot NW of the facility (Available evenings and weekends).
The big box management is not responsible for any liabilities pertaining to patrons parking on neighbouring property and any infractions associated with it.
Yes, we have lockers available on site. They require a toonie to operate which can be purchased at the reception counter.
Yes, free wifi is available throughout The Big Box facility. You can get comfortable on soft couches, connect your devices, and get the work done while your kids blow off some steam!
Yes, we have a nursing room available inside the Leisure Lagoon Indoor Playground. The room offers comfortable seating in a soothing atmosphere. The family washroom is located right beside the nursing room which has changing stations as well.
The Big Box – Family Entertainment Centre is a one-stop-shop for fun for all ages. Our facility comprises of largest Indoor Playground in Canada, an Inflatable Park, an aerial obstacle course, Virtual Reality Experience, Bumper Car Rides, an Arcade arena and much more. We also offer event spaces with great packages.

With each kid ‘s admission ticket, you get up to 2 adult admission for FREE! A 3rd adult will have to pay regular admission for that day.
Grip socks are mandatory inside the Inflatable Park for your safety and control. Regular socks must be worn while using soft play structure.
No, outside food and drink are not permitted into The Big Box, but we do have plenty of great options available for purchase. Special circumstances for parties (such as cake) or bottles for infants are permitted. If you plan to bring food due to dietary restrictions, please let our staff at the reception counter know when you purchase your admission and they will assist you.

There are many food options available! We have favorites like Hot Dog, Chicken Tenders, Poutine, Traditional pizza options, and a deli for healthier options like sandwiches and salads. We also have concession items including ice creams! Gluten-friendly and halal options are also available.

Yes, although we have no food or drink policy for our facility, we understand that for infants you may require a bottle or baby food to keep them content and ready to play.
If your party has 16 participants or less, the quickest way to book and secure your date is through our online booking system. Choose the type of party you’d like from our options and the date and time. Let us know the number of guests that will be participating (keep non-participating adults out of count) and choose the food you’d like for your party. Once you’ve completed the transaction, your party is booked.

For all parties with guests under 18 years old, please send the online waiver to guardians to sign in advance of the party.
Yes, you can bring your own cake if you have a party booking with us. However, outside food or drink is not allowed in The Big Box but you can enjoy our many food options available in The Bite Box Cafe.

No. Party package only includes specific attractions and basic room requirements including table cloth, plates, napkins, cutlery, etc. However, you are free to bring in your goodies and decorations.
